We walk every 2nd & 4th Friday each month, at 10am, and the start point will vary depending on the area to be walked. Full details of each walk are emailed to members, at least two weeks before the walk date.
Travel distances are generally within 10 miles from Sutton Bonington and our standard walks are usually 5/6 miles in length, with a pub lunch at the end.
Special walks, which may be longer, are arranged from time to time, usually in Derbyshire.
Each group member is required to arrange and lead a walk approximately once per year. A ‘walk leader’ timetable is published at the beginning of each year covering the coming 12 months.
