Visits are arranged by members for the last Wednesday of the month to places of historic interest and usually include lunch.
In the recent past visits have included The Holocaust Museum, The Horological Museum, Coventry Transport Museum, Matlock Mining Museum, Bass Museum, Leicester Hindu Temple, Newstead Abbey, Bosworth Battle Fields, Nottingham Masonic Hall and Kelham Hall. We have also had guided tours of Bakewell, Buxton, Shardlow, Eyam, Nottingham Lace Market, and Clifton.
