Photography Group Meeting - March 2025
Mark, a professional portrait photographer, joined us for the meeting and provided some valuable advice on the topic of exposure. He also brought studio lighting equipment and materials to photograph so group members could practise taking pictures under different lighting conditions. Walking 2 - 25th January 2025
A bracing walk for Walking Group 2 today and it certainly blew away the cobwebs! We started off walking into the wind so it was two steps forward and one back. At least it didn’t rain and the sun was shining. A good walk although we were all pleased to get to the pub for

Visit to National Justice Museum - October 2024
The National Justice Museum, Nottingham, was the venue for last October’s History Group trip, with its Victorian courtroom, Georgian gaol, ancient cells and exhibitions depicting the harsh punishments meted out to offenders in the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries.
